INGREDIENTS
2 pounds white confectioners’ coating
1 cup peanut butter
2 cups dry-roasted peanuts
3 cups crisp rice cereal
2 cups miniature marshmallows
DIRECTIONS
Melt confectioner’s coating in a double broiler or microwave until smooth and add the peanut butter, blending them well together with the nuts, cereal, and marshmallows. Place on waxed paper sheets and chill until set. Store in the refrigerator.
