INGREDIENTS
1/2 pound dried apricots
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup flaked coconut
1/2 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
1 cup flaked coconut for rolling
DIRECTIONS
Grind up the apricots in a food processor and put in a bowl, toss with brown sugar and add the coconut and milk.
Form into 1 inch balls and coat with the flaked coconut, chill in refrigerator.
