Aunt Betz Cookies

INGREDIENTS

2 eggs

1 cup white sugar

3/4 cup butter

2 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs

2 cups miniature marshmallows

12 ounces semisweet chocolate chips

3 tablespoons peanut butter

1/2 cup chopped walnuts

1/2 cup shredded coconut

DIRECTIONS

Lightly grease a 9 x 13 baking dish.

In a large saucepan, mix eggs, sugar, and butter together, bringing to a boil and cooking for 2 minutes while stirring. Turn the heat off and mix in the crumbs, coconut and marshmallows

Spread mixture into the greased dish.

Melt the chocolate chips and peanut butter in a double boiler or microwave and spread over top of the bars, chill in refrigerator overnight. Cut into small squares to serve.
