Butterscotch Crunch

INGREDIENTS

2 cups butterscotch chips

1 (5 ounce) can chow mein noodles

DIRECTIONS

Melt chips on low heat, stirring constantly until completely melted. Remove, add Chow Mein noodles and stir together to coat with the noodles well. Drop the cookies onto wax paper sheets with a spoon and let set for 20 – 25 minutes, serve and enjoy.
