1 stick butter, softened
1 lg. egg
1 cake mix (any flavor you wish)
Mix the egg and butter together and stir in the cake mix, blending well to create the dough.
Roll into a log and chill in fridge 2 hours. Place on a greased cookie sheet and bake for 6-8 minutes at 350 degrees F. These will double in size.
